Bhaya Cruises Awarded 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
Bhaya Cruises, the leading cruise operator in Halong Bay, has recently been honored the Certificate of Excellence 2015 Winner by TripAdvisor® for 3 brands: Bhaya Classic, The Au Co and Legend Halong. This is the fifth year continuously Bhaya Cruises has been recognized as top performing cruise in Halong Bay thanks to its excellent services.
The award, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries, and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews by travelers and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
