Brand new ship with tastefully done modern interiors. And even though it’s more designed as a wellness cruise, my family with two kids had a very good time. We could also get very good vegetarian options and the food in general was very tasty while being healthy. The staff were are all exceptional and very warm. Our hostess Ms. Emma and the F&B head Mr.Bean were fantastic. Also we had a great time during dinner with very good live music played by a very talented artist. Loved the kayaking which i did couple of times during the two days.

Everything was exceptional, from the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the amazing food. The service was outstanding, and every little detail made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. We spent the most amazing, peaceful, and relaxing days on board, enjoying every single moment. Bhaya Cruise made our trip even more special, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. I would come back a thousand times! Thank you to the entire team for such unforgettable memories!

Best trip ever. Amazing ship. New, well decorated, peaceful aroma therapy, clean. Safe and fun activities. Exceptionally friendly and caring staff. Food was gourmet, live music every evening. Best customer service for the whole team and memorable staff included Emma, Ivy, Tony, Bean, Sophia, Kevin, Ryan. Everyone was kind and fun to get to know. I would recommend this trip to everyone. Such a special memory. We had the best time in Vietnam here.

We booked for our honeymoon and truly, it was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. It was a great mix of activities and relaxation. Also, the spa was the best massage I've ever had-truly. The accomodation, food and boat was beautiful. The thing I really loved is that the cruise took you to quieter areas of the bay and it really felt like we were one of the only people out there. You saw other boats but it was never crowded or busy where we were. We were quite nervous about it being busy but the itinerary takes you to the hidden gems of the bay.

The Bhaya Soul must be the best vessel in Halong Bay. The cabins are large and luxurious. The food is world class but still authentic to Vietnam. Toni, our butler, spoke perfect English and looked after us so well. We also loved the serving staff especially Bean and Ivy. The floating village experience by traditional rowing boats is fascinating and we were impressed to hear that the Bhaya Soul purchases fresh fish from the local fish farms in the floating village. The experience far exceed our expectations.

We loved our time in the Bhaya Soul cruise. Ivy was a delightful host, she looked after our every need. All the staff were kind, accommodating and friendly. I would also like to thank Emma, Tony and Tom for making our experiences and excursions special. The cruise was not rushed, but also not too slow. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The size of the boat and number of other travellers was also perfect. It felt like you had your own space and not overcrowded. Our cabin was spacious, smelt beautiful and comfortable.

We were on a 2 night cruise on Bhaya Soul and it was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to have Tom looking after us and he was exceptional. The room was incredible with the most comfortable bed ever and all the facilities were outstanding. The food was way more than we expected with lunch and dinner both running to 4 courses. We would absolutely recommend Bhaya Soul and do the 2 night, 3 day cruise to really get the best experience.

Amazing experience! We did the 2 days 1 night in a 6 friend group and in the end we only wished we'd stayed more time. The service was great at all most moments, with very friendly staff, the facilities were well decorated and cabins had great views to enjoy the bay. Our host Will made sure that all of our doubts, needs or wants about food, activities and the boat were taken care of. The boat was intimate without feeling small, with 30 passengers. Highly recommend for groups of friends and couples.

Could not of been happier with our Bhaya Soul cruise. The boat is STUNNING! But what makes this cruise special is the staff - they are so kind and attentive and professional. Ivy & Duke were stand outs - anything we needed or wanted , they were there to help. Absolutely amazing. The food is divine, the cocktails delightful and the pool so relaxing. The crew on board Ao Co Cruise have been absolutely wonderful - lovely, professional, friendly and incredibly attentive throughout our journey. They genuinely went the extra mile and more to make our experience special. Their warmth and thoughtful service made all the difference. Truly exceptional hospitality! Shout out to Waayji, Bombay, John, Sunny, the chef and Mr Bean, the bartender were wonderful and all the rest working hard behind the scene! Kudos to the entire team!

After spending hours (days even!!) considering many options for cruises with different companies, I am so happy I chose this one! From the moment we were collected in Hanoi we were looked after like royalty. Every part of the trip was perfect - the room, the food (oh goodness, the food!!), the expeditions (I especially loved the kayaking), the bedtime meditation under the stars… all of it was just right. Our host Duke was so special and kind to us and made sure we always knew what was going on. We were happy that we weren’t surrounded by other boats. It was quiet and luxurious in every way. Don’t hesitate, treat yourself and book this cruise ! It’s a masterclass in hospitality.

We had the best time seeing Ha Long Bay on this cruise. All the staff onboard were incredible but Duke our personal host was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable and made the experience even more memorable and special. The cabin was excellent and had all the amenities you could need. The food was exceptional throughout the trip too, with the high quality of detail going into the menus and even the table decorations. I thought the excursions were also well planned, had a great variety and were set at a good pace. Not to rushed, but also not to much or too long. This really is one of those trips where memories are made. Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and this is the perfect way to experience at its best.

The welcome onto the ship was wonderful and very fun! The room was spacious and very clean! It was our honeymoon so they made swans and put rose petals in the bed which was wonderful! The bathroom was also large enough to accommodate us both! The food was excellent the entire time and we loved the fresh oysters for dinner!! The excursions were fun and it was the right choice to do 2 nights as it was much more relaxing than everyone else who did 1 night! Thank you to all the crew but the few names we have remembered are John, Allan, Tracy, Elijah, Waayji.

We had an incredible experience from pick up to drop-off. Our guide was Tom and he was most warm, welcoming and beautiful would. Made us feel so special on our anniversary from start to finish. He was super informative about all the activities and was our personal photographer making it a point to capture all of our memories every step of the way. All the staff were incredible and will recommend this tour and the Tom as the guide to anyone, any day.
