Bhaya Group successfully held “Action For A Green Halong” campaign

With great participation and contribution of approximately 100 people, the team successfully collected 735 kg of trash in Vung Ha beach in Ha Long Bay. In total, there was approximately 735 kg of trash collected.  Among that, polystyrenes (hard plastic) made up the most with 39%, following by other wastes such as food wrappers, construction materials, foam pieces, beverage bottles, and so forth. All the trash collected was sent to recycling premises.

Participating in initiatives that benefit the society, Bhaya Group believes that the coastal clean-up event should be made into a regular three-month program for the maximum impacts and community awareness of environment protection. Bhaya Group defines our corporate responsibility by making a substantial contribution to the preservation of the bay.

Being conducted beyond expectation, another call for a greener Ha Long is expected to launch in September.
