We had a really good time on this cruise. Mr Thinh was a very good guide. The food was excellent and plentiful. All of the crew were polite, helpful and friendly.

Me and my partner went on a 3 day 2 night private cruise around Ha Long Bay at the end of November and can thoroughly recommend it. The team of staff on the ship were fantastic and so nice and friendly. Mr Thinh was our guide for the few days and planned a wonderful itinerary for us with kayaking, visits to fishing villages, cooking demonstrations, squid fishing, visits to caves and pearl farms. Mr Thinh is an asset to Bhaya Legend with his excellent understanding of English and his knowledge of the local area and the wider Vietnam. He had many interesting stories to share with us. I would also like to mention the other members of staff who all played an essential role in making the few days we had memorable. Mr Banana was our barman and waiter and did a great job with making our cocktails and presenting the dishes for us. He was always there to greet us with a drink when we returned from trips off the ship. I am afraid that I don't know the names of the rest of the staff but would particularly like to compliment our young chef as the food was amazing. I have come home with a love of Vietnamese food. I would also like to thank the chef for the beautiful cake that was prepared for my partner's 40th birthday. It was a lovely surprise to have the cake brought out and to have the staff sing happy birthday. The ship's captain also deserves a mention for his excellent control of the ship and for providing the tender service to and from our activities off the ship. His steering was always very good and made it easy for us to get on and off the ship. He was also very polite and friendly. All the staff always greeted us with smiles and were a pleasure to be around. This was our first trip to Vietnam and will definitely not be our last. Thank you to all the ship's staff who made this such a wonderful trip.

We booked the 2 day, 1 night package for 4 adults and 2 young children. We could not be more satisfied by the entire trip.... Picked up on time in an amazing van which had business class like seats, wifi and and very good driver. We were meet by very professional, friendly staff at the harbor waiting area which was also 5 star. The crew introduced them self and gave an great explanation on what to expect, what to do and what not to do.We booked a smaller boat so it was more private. There were 3 other guest on our boat which was perfect. The entire trip was well planned and plenty of activities were organised by the tour. Cave exploring (Private cave maintained by teh boat company), Kayaking, row boats, fishing for squid, Tai chi... it goes on.The food was above all expectations! The knowledge and information shared by the young crew was brilliant!Highly recommended!

My husband and I did the two night Halong Bay tour in the one bedroom Legend Halong. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we were well taken care of from the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Hanoi. The new highway between Hanoi and Halong Bay meant we had less travel time and a much better road surface. We were greeted at the cruise centre by friendly faces, a cold towel and welcome drink. We boarded the boat and cruised for three days and visited floating villages, kayaked through caves into stunning bays, visited another cave, visited a pagoda on a little island, swam in the bay, enjoyed SO much delicious food, and just had a very relaxed weekend. I would highly recommend the two night stay as you get to travel a little further away from all the day boats and/or one night stay boats. Much quieter and relaxing.

The boat is fantastic, the scenery breathtaking and Minh and his crew was perfect. If you want to discover the beautiful Halong Bay, jumping in Legend is probably the best way to do it. The crew will show you its best (and quiet) spots while making sure you feel at home. Last but not least, the food was amazing

Legend Halong was the absolute highlight of my wife’s and my travels through SE Asia. The combination of amazing views, and attentive service made for a memorable and romantic excursion I’ll never forget
