Nothing to redeem. When your suite is confirmed, our specialists contact you to set your Namia arrival date and send a single confirmation covering both properties. Your personal host at Namia is briefed before you arrive.
Yes — once confirmed in writing. Because the gift is tied to Nipa Pool Villa inventory, availability is limited and dates are held on a first-confirmed basis. We will not release a cruise booking without securing your Namia night alongside it.
Most guests do. Additional nights at Namia are offered at preferential rates and include the 90-minute wellness journey for every night stayed. Extra nights aboard Bhaya Soul can be arranged subject to sailing schedules.
All four suite categories qualify — Signature, Symphony, Horizon and Soul Legacy. The offer is valid for eligible travel through 31 October 2026, and closes earlier if Nipa Pool Villa allocation is taken. We recommend confirming early for weekend sailings.
Yes. Most guests fly Ha Long to Da Nang directly after disembarkation, but your gifted night can be placed later within the same trip, provided your travel dates fall on or before 31 October 2026.
