Our 4-day journey in Northern Vietnam was truly unforgettable and exceeded all our expectations. The itinerary was well organized, allowing us to enjoy both relaxation and exciting activities throughout the trip. The scenery was absolutely stunning, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. A magical stay
We stayed 2 nights in March. It was an unforgettable experience. The beauty of the site breathtaking, the boat very comfortable, with a charming vintage side, delicious cuisine, kind and competent staff. We were able to visit the Sung Sot Cave, kayak in incredible places, with our guide John, full of humor and attention. We highly recommend.

Bliss and luxury
I have done this 2 night cruise on the Au Co boat in 2017 and now again in 2026. Absolutely fabulous experiences both times which is why I booked again! Buffet breakfast, 5 course dinners, superb food and SO MUCH OF IT. Beautiful friendly and helpful staff. Everything about this experience is just pure bliss and luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities including cycling, touring the caves, seeing moneys(!!), kayaking. Can’t more highly recommend

Sinply the best company and landscape
We did the 1 night/2day cruise at Au Co and it was superb! Trust them. The food, itinerary, kindness, cleanliness, infrastructure, all were amazing! We were upgraded to the Halong Suit and we were static!! We just regret not have booked 2 nights. The landscape is mesmerizing, and I have seen some views, trust me! Our 6 year old loved every minute. Was our best sleep in Vietname so far!

Lovely boat trip in Halong Bay on AuCo1
We had a wonderful 2 days on AuCo1 after a busy start to our holiday in Hanoi, this is just what we needed. The boat is lovely and clean, good facilities, the staff were friendly and helpful. Tan was particularly helpful with going through the vegetarian options at lunch and, showing the menu for the evening. The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice. We enjoyed the excursion to Cat Ba island and rode bicycles to/from the village which was fun!

Cruising in style with The Au Co
The Auco boat is very beautiful and I believe we somehow had the best and biggest room, right at the front of the boat with a big private balcony and lovely furniture (ask for room 217). The shore excursion to Cat Ba island was super, make sure to pick the biking option, not too hard and a real highlight for us. Most of all the crew are truly superb. Food very good, nice Happy Hour and overall it looked like the best boat out there. Highly recommend the Bhaya boat line, and the Auco boat in particular.

Memorable Experience
Our stay on Auco 1 was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for just one night to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff beautifully decorated our room and surprised us during dinner with drinks and a bouquet, which made the evening extra special. All the activities were very well organized, and everything ran seamlessly. We would definitely recommend this cruise.

Honeymoon Tour
The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and engaging throughout the trip. For our honeymoon we were welcomed with a bottle of rose & beautifully made bed in our suite. We especially liked going to Lan Ha Bay and the views from the speedboat to Cat Ba National Park. The number of days and nights were perfect and would recommend this cruise to anyone looking to see Halong Bay.

Excellent trip with amazing views and staff
Excellent all round trip and great value for money. A special mention for the staff who were amazing especially Katie, Joy and Sarah, who made our stay so enjoyable, knowledgeable and fun. The cabins are quite large and have AC and shower and toilet. They each have a private balcony with amazing views.

1 night boat cruise - a must do
My sister and I did the 2 day (1 night) au co boat cruise (on au co 1) and we had an amazing time! The staff were all so friendly and went completely above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a good time. This boat cruise we saw on the journey was definitely the nicest - great food, lovely room with a balcony and stunning sun deck.

A journey to remember
The 4-day Au Co cruise was the highlight of our Vietnam trip. Waking up in the middle of Halong Bay with misty limestone cliffs around us felt surreal. Every day brought a new adventure - from kayaking in hidden lagoons to visiting floating villages. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Big thank to Bhaya team.

This wasn’t just a cruise - it was an enriching experience. We explored caves, swam in emerald waters, and cycled through peaceful island villages. The boat was lovely! The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable! The crew, lead by Harry, was incredibly attentive! We were not bored at any point and we were definitely well fed! If I were to do it again, the only thing I would change is to make the trip longer!

Fantastic 2 Night stay on Halong Bay with Au Co - Luxury Cruise. One of the many highlights of our visit to Vietnam. Although the weather was cooler than expected for February, the crew, accommodations, service and included tours, more than made up for it. Definitely not to be missed if you in Northern Vietnam.

Great experience on an amazing cruise
The cruise is amazing! The boat is really nice and very well maintained and clean. All the excursions are really beautiful and you would have the possibility to visit wonderful caves, floating fisherman village and beaches. The staff is really kind, ready to answer to any doubts.

Simply Stunning!
There are a limited number of cabins aboard the Au Co 2 so the total number on board is easily manageable. Tom, the "Cruise" director was an excellent host. The staff, the cabin, the decks and the food were all great overshadowed only by the scenery. Several side trips were included in our short cruise.

Fantastic Luxury Cruise Through Halong Bay
We especially loved the nightly happy hour and off boat activities such as kayaking and bicycling on Cat Ba Island. The staff not only treated us as guests, but made us feel like we were a part of their family. If you have the opportunity definitely go on the Au Co Cruise!
