It was alarming that on the day polystyrene, which is classed as a cacogenic, made up 44% of the total garbage that we collected. Following the meeting the banned the use of polystyrene and called for its replacement.<\/p>\n<p>The Ha Long city People\u2019s committee held a meeting to discuss this issue.
